Another year is almost over for Second Chances Band and there is only one more practice before the final concert. According to Allie's last email there are still a few tickets left and they can be purchased through either Allie or Lorraine.
1. Concert Sunday June 5 Steele Recital Hall at 2:30 PM
12:30- Set up. We will need at least 3 percussionists and about 5 other volunteers.
1:00 PM- Intermediate Band warm up on stage.
1:30 PM - Concert Band Warm Up on stage.
2:10 PM - open hall to the audience. We would prefer to not have an audience while we warm up.
- We could use a volunteer from the Concert Band to take tickets at the door.
2:30 - concert starts Intermediate band starts- about 25 minutes.- order of music to be confirmed next Monday evening,
3:00- concert band order- of music to be confirmed on Tuesday Evening.
4:30 Old Triangle for those who are going. Remember you are paying for what you order.
2. Concert Dress- Black - top and bottom. Black Shoes
3. Music - Please return all music and books which you might have. In your folio please. This should be turned in after the concert.
If you are not performing in the concert please return your music at the last rehearsal before the concert.
4. On a sheet of paper inside your folio would you please indicate if you will be returning to the band next fall. Please include any suggestions which can be passed on to the executive for their consideration. We will send out an email advising as to the dates of the annual meeting and the first practices of the year.
